Make your own Snow – Messy Play

This is another super easy children’s science experiment plus a great idea for messy play.

All you need is

  • Bicarbonate of soda
  • Shaving foam
  • A bowl

First, put some bicarbonate of soda in a bowl. Then add shaving foam. Mix together well with hands.

N.B You will need lots of shaving foam and bicarbonate of soda to make lots of snow.

We did our experiment on top of a tuff spot as it can get very messy!!

Messy Play is so important for a child’s development. It inspires their curiosity and allows them to develop their knowledge and understanding of the world around them.
