We had to share this super easy recipe with you guys. Not only does it taste delicious but you will more than likely have all the ingredients in the house. Also, it literally takes 10 minutes!
- Whole milk
- Vanilla essence
- Rock salt
- Plastic food bags
First, put 2 cups of milk into a food bag and add 3/4 cup of sugar. Add a teaspoon of vanilla essence. Tie a knot in the bag and place inside a larger bag of ice. Add some rock salt to the ice. Then also tie a knot in the larger bag. Finally, shake the bag vigorously for 10 minutes.

You may need some helpers at hand to give you a break from the shaking. However, this makes a great arm work out to burn some calories so you don’t have to feel guilty about enjoying the ice cream.
